Maggie & Anna spent many years working with non profits; sailing the world’s oceans researching micro plastic pollution. Their work took them to remote communities where the human footprint was most evident, to educate people on the the value of a circular economy. They have travelled all over the world, tasted the local cuisines and learned a lot about the culture of food. What they found was a lack of focus on food miles. They have now taken their experience and passion for excellent coffee and exceptional food back to the farm where Anna grew up. They aim to celebrate the local community and their produce with a focus on sustainability and reducing single use plastics.
