About the event
Jake's passion for food has taken him on a culinary journey for over 12 years. He has grasped at the opportunities to work in a range of different kitchens using techniques from baking to fermentation, dehydrating to wood roasting and preserving to smoking. This has allowed lake to hone his style of big flavours and colourful presentation.
